This makes us uniquely placed to help you make your training the very best that it can be and ensure that it actually improves performance.

OFQT and ECLO - a transnational dissemination partnership

ECLO is The European Consortium for the Learning Organisation, a global association devoted to the sustainable development of all aspects of learning and personal and management development.
It was established in 1993 as a not-for-profit organisation based in Belgium and its origins were founded during an IBM organised conference with the Katholik University of Leuven (BE) on Instructional Design held in 1991.
The success of the conference generated great interest in the establishment of a network that supported corporate training and human development. After several meetings, ECLO was born with IBM, K.U.Leuven, K.U. Nijmegen (NL) and CIMID becoming prominent members of a small organisation.
16 years later, ECLO continues and is one of the longest surviving Communities of Practice (CoP) in the World. It brings together leading academics, corporate executives and consultants from different countries, institutions, cultures and backgrounds, and provides them with unparalleled benchmarking and networking opportunities.
ECLO is dedicated to the promotion and development of the Learning Organisation concept and in collaboration with OFQT will disseminate the good working practice that emanates from case studies and a variety of EU-funded research projects.
This year is ECLO's 16th international conference to be held on June 18/19 2009 in Hertogenbosch, Netherlands June and once again OFQT will appear as a speaker, having won the ECLO Highest Impact Award as voted by the conference participants in 2008.

We do this through research, evaluation and cognitive mapping to support attitudinal development.
After some four years of in-depth research and validation we have developed a unique online mapping tool that measures how an individual currently uses their knowledge, skills and attitude in different situations.
This can be used to
- support the beginning of a change process
