With a career that spans over 31 years, Józefa's work has taken her from make-up artist to promotional consultant, sales executive to recruitment consultant and then on to a range of training management roles across

the private, public and charity sectors. She has, since 1997, chaired and presented at UK and Central European conferences and resides as a Senior Lecturer at two London Universities. She holds two Board positions: Vice-Chair,

London Regional Council, Institute of Healthcare Management) and Executive Board member (European Consortium for the Learning Organisation, Belgium) where she has also been

invited to take first tenure (May 2008 - May 2009) as Secretary-General. A regular contributor to online discussion groups her networks extend across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe.
