As part of our intention to share information and knowledge with you in a way that is both

fun and effective, we bring you our weekly cartoon series, called

"The Company"

Each Monday we post a brand new mini episode about this, our fictional organisation giving you a 'birds-eye' view into the daily lives of the Senior Management Team as they try to survive in the current economic climate and a Chief Executive who wants to introduce quality standards and excellence into the business.   As with any organisation the transition needed to adopt quality and excellence principles is not always straightforward, but neither is running a business....
