If no one is in to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card. They will reattempt delivery a further time. Consultancy
Our consultancy rates are agreed up front with the client ensuring that there are no hidden extras or additional charges.
For national travel we choose the most approprite method of transport. Car mileage will be charged at the rate of
40p per mile for the first 10,000 miles and 25p thereafter.
For international (or domestic) air travel, fares are based upon economy fares, however when it is necessary for the OFQT consultant to be outside of their own country for more than 12 hours the cost of overnight accommodation and country-specific rate subsistance is also charged to the client.
Clients always get the consultant stated as being the expert in relation to a particular service. Associates and/or other team members are only included after discussion and agreement with each client, their use being dependent on the nature and size of the project.
Payment for consultancy should be made upon receipt of our invoice and can be made in either British Pounds (sterling) or Euros. BACS, IBAN and BIC numbers are clearly quoted on our invoice. Payments in other currencies can be made by prior arrangement with the OFQT FINANCE DIRECTOR
We aim to be as flexible as possible in the way that our services our charged. Some clients prefer fixed project fees; others are happier with retainers, and we try to fit in with what will be best for the client. We make no attempt to charge interest on late payments, so we expect payments to be made when agreed. Our terms are generally net monthly in arrears or staggered payments across longer, more complex projects.
