July 2010 - England
Józefa, Managing Director, OFQT, designed and ran a fantastic healthcare management event
for the Institute of Healthcare Management (8 July) which was held in St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London.
Featuring the author, speaker and political commentator on healthcare issues, Roy Lilley, the event proved very popular
with all levels of healthcare manager from primary, secondary and tertiary care as well as the military, pharmaceuticals and independent medical practitioners. Roy outlined his own take on how the latest governmental reforms were likely to impact upon healthcare in Britain.
Józefa will be running events in the future that further support the ongoing learning and knowledge sharing of the new cadre of healthcare managers entering the system as well as for those affected by the changes that are to come. For more information contact Józefa direct on jozefa@ofqt.com

June 2010 - England
Józefa, Managing Director, OFQT, was both speaker and Chair at a special event (29-30 June) organised by Arena Events entitled "Collective Intelligence In The Energy Industry" and held in London.
Many of the discussions that came from both the presentations and
the group discussions centred on the challenge faced by many companies to encourage their workforce to share knowledge willingly.
Józefa outlined how the key to this was a person's attitude and explained how this can be developed and refined through self-awareness raising and analysis.
