Janet Simmonds

A former NHS District Nurse, Clinical Supervisor and Supervision Coach for over 10 years, Janet
is also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She works with those who deal with particularly challenging
groups, conflict situations, personal anxiety and work-related stress in their professional roles.
She is pragmatic and gentle using a mixture of approaches in her Supervision. |

Dr Steve Collins
D.Prof. MSc., MA, BSc (Econ), FCIPD, FInstLM, FMIM, MCIMgt, MILTHE, MMIM, DipIHM, Cert.Ed.
Steve brings vast experience as a line manager, trainer, teacher, learning faciitator and author, both in the UK and overseas. Having just returned to the UK after living and working in Malaysia since 2008, he has long believed that management theoretical understanding and actual practice needs to be developed simultaneously. He is also an advocate of learner-centred teaching approaches to support competency-based learning.
