Józefa Fawcett
A Learning Specialist with over 33 years experience of working in the field of human resource development across private, public and the charity sectors. As a former Head of Organisational and Workforce Development in the NHS, Józefa built up a reputation for effectively combining knowledge management principles with mainstream training and learning practices. She has designed and delivered training, produced e-learning programmes, provided Voice Over recordings for websites and promotional films and since 1997 has been a key note speaker at conferences in the UK and across Central and Eastern Europe and Eurasia. Józefa is a prolific networker and contributes to many different discussion and learning forums across the world. She has earned outstanding recognition of her work from her peers, resulting in the receipt of the 2009 Global HR Excellence Award from the World HRD Congress. Her knowledge and skills extend to also being a trained Cognitive Edge Sensemaking Practitioner, ISO 10015+ Auditor and EFQM Excellence Award Assessor and regularly works as a technical adviser on learning projects funded by the European Commission. An Executive Board Member of the European Consortium for the Learning Organisation (ECLO), Belgium, she currently holds the position of Secretary-General.
