Internal Adviser Training

This Internal Adviser training course uses the IRCA 'Guidelines for Foundation Training' document to underpin its structure and content with appropriate variations to the requirements for ISO 10015 and its (+) component.  Students are not expected to have knowledge of the ISO 9000 family of standards or ISO 10015 in particular, but they will be required to undertake some pre-course reading.  

This training does not address the skills of audit, nor does it equip participants to undertake audits.  However it was designed for those needing a basic understanding of the requirements of the ISO 10015(+) Quality Management Standard in order to be able to support the work in their own organisation as they progress towards ISO 10015(+) Certification.

 

Internal Advisers

A successful audit relies upon internal champions who support the process with understanding and sound project management skills.  Before a company can work towards ISO 10015(+) Certification they need to establish an audit team of stakeholders.  The Internal Adviser plays a pivotal role in establishing this locally driven audit team.
