Case StudiesWe are faced with an important step change for training as more and more organisations demand real results from their training investments, visible improvements in workforce performance, lean thinking and innovative pracitce, achievement of quality standards of output and measurable results demonstrated by financial balance sheets. Training can once again be the key to organisational survival during our somewhat turbulent economic times and in so doing assure longer-term sustainability. However, much of the value-added from training can be lost through poor management, systems and training processes. ISO 10015 and its additional (+) factor, is creating new ripples of excitement around the world as organisations learn how to gain real value by working towards and achieving the ISO 10015 - Quality Management Standard Certification. Case Studies SONA KOYO STEERING COMPANY LTD, INDIA has fulfilled its ISO 10015(+) Certification requirements and was registered in January 2008. Sona Koyo is the first organisation in India to obtain ISO 10015(+) Certification status. ISP COLUMBUS, USA is the first U.S. Company to adopt the ISO 10015(+) as its internal company standard and has registered and undergone the first phase of conformity assessment in July 2007. ISP Columbus is a custom manufacturer of key starting materials, regulated intermediates, and active pharmaceutical ingredients, produced within a strict environment in an FDA inspected facility. ERNST & YOUNG, BAHRAIN has fulfilled its ISO 10015(+) Certification requirements and was registered in July 2007. E&Y Bahrain is the first organisation in the Middle East Region to obtain ISO 10015(+) Certification status. JIANG HUAI AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY, CHINA has fulfilled its ISO 10015(+) Certification requirements and was registered in August 2004. JAC is amongst a range of organisations in China who have obtained or are working towards obtaining 10015(+) Certification status. These include: Nanhui Telecom Bureau; Shanghai Telecom Company Limited and Nanhui County, Shanghai - all of whom have finished the first full Certification and Registration in 2004 and have maintained their Registration to date. Public organisations and private companies in Argentina, Brazil, Malaysia, Malta, Switzerland, Taiwan and UK have expressed interest in registering for ISO 10015(+) Certification and are currently going through the preparation and initial stages.

Our clients achieve certification through CSEND/AdeQuaTE which is the first institution accredited by an ISO member Government as a certification house of the ISO 10015 standard. Located in Geneva Switzerland, CSEND/AdeQuaTE participated actively in the drafting of the ISO 10015:1999 standard.
