Lead Auditor Certification Training

This Lead Auditor Certification programme uses both the IRCA* 2245 'Guidelines for QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor Training' and ISO 19011 'Auditor Guidelines' to underpin its structure and content with variations appropriate to the requirements of ISO 10015 and its (+) component. 

Participants are expected to have a substantial range of experience in either training, education or quality management in order to attend this course. 

This programme may also be used by experienced auditors.as a conversion course, enabling them to audit in new contexts, against a different management system standard and thereby add to their existing generic auditing skills and experience 

Who should attend this training?

This training is most appropriate for those who are involved in Training & Development either within a company training function or as an external consultant.  They might be involved in Organisational Development & Change Management , Human Resource Management, Management Development, Workforce Development, Performance Management, Quality Assurance amd Control.

*Please note tha successful completion of this training will not in itself, satisfy the requirements for IRCA certification to any grade of Quality Management System (QMS) auditor, or IATCA QMS Auditor & Senior Auditor, however, it will support an application.  Participants wanting this membership must apply to IRCA independently.
