The EFQM Excellence model itself provides a non-prescriptive guide for all organisations who wish to assess how their behaviour and results contribute to excellent practice. The model comprises of a series of five inputs (enablers) and four tangible outputs (results)
In itself it is quite straighforward, however, organisations often need help in interpreting the various criterion parts in order to make it meaningful for them.
Online Self-Assessment tool We use an online self-assessment tool for organisations just starting out on their journey to excellence. We use the self-assessment process as part of our consultancy service for organisations who wish to work on particular excellence and quality improvement issues.
