This Internal Adviser training course uses the IRCA 'Guidelines for Foundation Training' to underpin its structure and content with appropriate variations to the requirements for ISO 10015:1999 and its new ISO 10015+:2009 component.

Who should attend this training?

This training programme is most appropriate for those who are involved in training & development, human resources, service/business improvement, quality management or auditing within a company training function.

Participants are not expected to have prior knowledge of auditing or the ISO 9000 family of standards or ISO 10015 in particular.

The content would also be of value to those who need to support the internal quality improvement process either as a project lead or team member.

*Please note that successful completion of this training will not in itself, satisfy the requirements for IRCA certification to any grade of Quality Management System (QMS) auditor, or IATCA QMS Auditor & Senior Auditor, however, it will support an application.  Participants wanting this membership must apply to IRCA independently.
