This project builds upon the word done by the former SAETO project, further develops the software product created and is underpinned by the EFQM Excellence Model.

What is OFQT's involvement?
We at OFQT act as both 'specialist expert' advisor of the TI-SAETO advisory board/project partners and as approved UK 'Field Tester'. This means involvement at each of the varying stages of the project:

Alpha testing of SAETO prototype

ETO testing of the further developed SAETO tools in a real life business case running beta self-assessments with the goal to define a status, to identify and implement improvement actions (early 2010)

15 additional test users will be involved in the improvement of the solutions (mid 2010)

Presentation of mid-point results at European Conference held by European Consortium for the Learning Organisation (to be held in Istanbul, Turkey, June 2010)

Second stage ETO self-assessment testing, with the goal of obtaining either an ISO 9001 or 10015 Certification or the official EFQM Recognition (Autumn 2010)

Presentation of final project results to an invited audience of specific educational and training specialists (to be held in Riga, Latvia, November 2010)
