'Pass It On' - September 2008

Welcome to this our very first newsletter entitled “Pass It On” - we hope you enjoy it and encourage you to share this information with other colleagues and clients who are involved in training, learning and quality.

We are the first and only company to bring the International Standard ISO 10015(+) to the UK with the aid of our Swiss partners, AdeQuaTE® of Geneva.

Our intention is to improve the standard of training - its management, systems, provision and return on investment across the UK and beyond.

This newsletter comes out four times a year - it is quick to scan (3 minutes) and provides links to other interesting information which should take a minimum of 15 - 20 minutes to read.

  • For Quality Management in Training to be reconised it has to be valued by individual training practitioners and organisations alike
  • Any interventions to improve Quality Management in Training have to provide something that isn't in place already
  • The purpose of addressing Quality Management in Training is to make a difference to performance and organisational improvements

Maybe your training provision already meets the International Standard ISO 10015(+)?  If so, register with us to obtain the Certification Award (it can be achieved against provision as well as systems and processes).

Perhaps you want to know more about ISO 10015(+) and be amongst the first in the UK to benchmark your training function against this standard, then register your interest  with us today and be amongst the first to work towards this International Standard

As interest in this International Standard increases we will need experienced professionals (from either a training, education or quality management background) to become Auditors and Internal Advisers for ISO 10015(+)

If this sounds like you, then check out our website for information about our forthcoming training programme due to start in 2009 - places will be limited so as to ensure personal support and guidance through the two phases of the programme.
